FIND MEFOOTBALL
For tournament organisers

List your tournament. Run the day from the same dashboard.

Put your event in front of teams looking for one, take enquiries in one place, and run the schedule from the same system. Where the relevant age-group and competition rules allow, publish results, tables and knockouts too. The standard tournament listing and the tournament management tools are free: no card, no subscription and no commission on entries.

Teams find you

  • Your event appears in searches by age group, date and location.

  • Each age group carries its own availability, so a manager can see at a glance whether their Under 10s can still enter.

  • Enquiries come to one place instead of a personal inbox and three WhatsApp groups.

  • When a section fills, mark it full and open a waiting list rather than turning teams away.

Then run the day from the same place

  • The listing is only the start. Where results are permitted, enter them as games finish and the tournament-day page updates with you.

  • Tables recalculate as scores go in, and once the groups are complete you can draw the knockout bracket from the standings.

  • Knockout matches decided on penalties, and finals, are handled.

  • Fixtures show pitch numbers and kick-off times.

  • Parents and coaches can follow the public event page on their phones for schedules and, where you publish them, tables and brackets.

The tools are there; deciding when to use them is yours. Publish results, tables and knockouts only where the relevant age-group and competition rules allow, because those rules differ by age group. Our organising guide sets out the current position. For formats where competitive results are not published, you can still use the schedule so teams and parents know where to be.

See it working

Our public demo tournament is a worked U12-U16 event with group stages, knockouts, penalties and champions, showing what teams and parents would see.

The organiser side

For the organiser side, use the shared dashboard demo to inspect an enquiry inbox, team entries, fixtures and completed results. It is shared, so do not enter real details.

What it costs

The standard tournament listing and the tournament management tools are free. No card, no subscription, and no commission on your entry fees.

What a listing is not

A FindMeFootball listing is not sanction, approval or verification of your tournament. We review a new organiser’s first listing before it goes live; that checks the organiser and listing details, not the event’s sanction, safeguarding or safety. Sanction remains a matter for the relevant football association and your County FA, and entering clubs do their own due diligence.

How listing works

  1. 1

Create your event with the date, venue and age groups.

  2. 2

Set what each age group costs and what the entry includes.

  3. 3

Submit it. A new organiser's first listing is reviewed before it goes live. Once you are verified, routine later listings and edits publish straight away; a listing that has previously been rejected goes back through review.

  4. 4

Take enquiries from the dashboard as they come in.

  5. 5

Add teams as they confirm, and build your groups when you are ready.

You can list before your schedule exists. The scheduling work comes once entries are in, and our guide to listing a tournament walks through the form itself.

Is your tournament already listed?

If we added your tournament from your own website, its page says so and has a “Claim this listing” button. Claiming is free. Create an account or sign in, tap your role, and you can manage your listing straight away while your claim is checked. Your events are then in your dashboard, where you can update details, answer enquiries and publish fixtures. If your tournament is sold by more than one company, its page has no claim button, so email us.

Put your listing on your own website

Once you have claimed your listing, you can add a small “Listed on FindMeFootball” badge to your own website. Paste one line of code, usually in the footer, and anyone who finds you on your site can reach your page here. Nothing to pay and nothing to maintain.

First tournament?

Our guides cover the whole sequence: whether your club should host at all, getting sanctioned, filling the event, running the day, and the organising sequence end to end.

Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The standard listing and the management tools cost nothing, and we take nothing from your entry fees.

Do you handle entry payments?

No. Teams enquire through your listing and you handle entries and payment your own way, on your own terms.

Can we still use our own website?

Yes. You can link to your listing from your own pages, or use the public event page as the thing you share.

What if our event is already full?

List it anyway and mark the sections full. A waiting list catches withdrawals, which is a real reason to keep a full event listed.

Who can see the results we enter?

Once the public schedule and results are live, anyone who can open the event page can see them. Publish results only for age groups and competitions where the rules allow it.

Seen a tournament we haven’t listed?

Spotted a grassroots tournament on Facebook, a flyer or a club website that isn’t on FindMeFootball yet? Tell us about it. You get an email to say it has arrived. Nothing appears on the site until we add it. It is not instant, and we can’t list everything.
