FIND MEFOOTBALL
For coaches

List your coaching. Keep every penny of it.

A free page for your football coaching, on a site built to help parents find clubs, tournaments and coaching by postcode. We take no commission on anything you charge. Add your sessions, your prices and the qualifications you want to show. Parents send an enquiry through the site and you reply there, so you are not handing out your mobile number to strangers.

I already have Instagram and word of mouth. Why this?

Keep both. Nothing here replaces a recommendation or a post that reaches the families who already follow you. What a FindMeFootball page adds is a search-led route: a parent who does not know you, and has nobody to ask, looking for coaching in their area.

A FindMeFootball page gives you somewhere to send people that shows your sessions, your prices and your qualifications in one place, without them having to scroll a social feed to work out whether you coach their child’s age group.

What your page shows

  • The coaching you offer. One-to-one, group sessions, or both.
  • Where you cover. Your coaching area by postcode, whether you travel to players, and your venue details.
  • What you have behind you. Qualifications, first aid, safeguarding training, insurance and DBS, in as much or as little detail as you choose.
  • How to reach you. An enquiry button and a booking request, both handled on the site.

Group sessions

Parents searching your area for group coaching can find your page and see the session details before deciding whether to enquire.

  • Age groups, and boys, girls or mixed
  • A price, or leave it off if you would rather discuss it

One-to-one coaching

A parent with nobody to ask has little to go on when they want one-to-one work for their child. Your page is where they can find you, and where you can say plainly what you offer.

Say which ages you take, where you coach and what you charge, and describe the work in your own words. That lets a parent see the basics before deciding whether to enquire.

  • Age groups you take
  • Where you coach, including whether you travel
  • Price per hour or per session
  • What you focus on, in your own words

Holiday camps and courses

Half term, Easter and summer courses can go on the same page, with dates, ages, times and a price, so parents looking for cover in the school holidays can find them. Add them whenever your dates are set, and they drop off your page once they are over.

Show what you have, if you want to

Your page has a field for each of these, and you decide which ones to fill in.

  • Your DBS check, its type and the month it was issued, and whether you are on the Update Service
  • Coaching qualifications
  • First aid, with the course and date
  • Safeguarding training
  • Public liability insurance and its renewal date

Anything you leave blank simply shows as not added. Nothing is compulsory and you can add to it over time.

You can also upload the documents themselves, such as certificates or an insurance schedule. They are shown to people signed in to FindMeFootball, and each one is labelled as uploaded by you.

A DBS certificate works differently. You choose whether it is shown to everyone signed in or only to people you approve, and it is deleted two years after you upload it. We email you a month before, so you can put up a current one.

Parents can filter for coaches who have added DBS details, insurance or qualifications, and a fuller page appears higher in the results. That is a measure of how much you have filled in, not of how good anyone is, and the page says so.

How parents get in touch

A parent can send you a message from your page. It arrives in your messages on the site and by email, and you reply there, so neither of you has to give out an email address or a phone number to start a conversation.

A parent can also send a booking request for one of your sessions. It comes to the bookings page in your account, with the parent’s email address so you can sort out the details. When you accept or decline it, the parent can reply to you directly by email.

Neither form asks for a child’s name, phone number or any medical detail.

If you would rather parents emailed you directly, you can switch an email link on from your settings. It is off unless you turn it on.

What a listing is not

A FindMeFootball page is not a check, an approval or a recommendation. We do not assess coaching, and we do not verify qualifications, insurance or DBS certificates. Everything on your page is yours, added by you, and the page tells parents that plainly.

Parents are told to ask to see documents themselves before booking.

Listing takes about two minutes

  1. 1

Create your page with your name, your area and the kind of coaching you offer.

  2. 2

Add a session. You can do this now or come back to it.

  3. 3

Add your qualifications and documents whenever you like.

Our guide to listing your football coaching walks through the form, and setting up as a self-employed football coach covers the wider business side, including insurance, HMRC and the 2026 DBS changes.

What it costs

Nothing. The page is free, listing sessions is free, and we take no commission on anything you charge. There is no subscription and no card.

Run a club or a tournament too? See claiming your club page and listing a tournament.

Put your listing on your own website

Once your page is live, you can add a small “Listed on FindMeFootball” badge to your own website. Paste one line of code, usually in the footer, and anyone who finds you on your site can reach your page here. Nothing to pay and nothing to maintain.

Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes. There is nothing to pay and we take nothing from what you charge a parent.

Do I need a DBS check to list?

A DBS check is not a condition of creating a FindMeFootball listing. That does not mean your coaching role is exempt from DBS or any other requirement. What you need depends on the work you do, and a venue, club or school may have requirements of its own. Our guide to setting up as a self-employed football coach covers the current position, including the 2026 changes.

Do you check coaches?

No. We are a place to be found, not an agency, and we do not assess coaching or verify documents. Everything on your page is your own statement.

Who can see the documents I upload?

People signed in to FindMeFootball. Nothing you upload is public. A DBS certificate is the exception you control: you choose whether it is shown to everyone signed in or only to people you approve.

Do I have to put my prices up?

No. Prices are optional on every session. Some coaches prefer to discuss it, and parents can still enquire.

Will you give out my email address or phone number?

Your page never shows your phone number, and it only shows an email link if you switch one on. Messages are handled on the site. If you accept or decline a booking request, the parent can reply to that email, which reaches you directly.

I run a club as well as coaching.

One free account covers both. Claim your club’s page and list your coaching from the same sign-in.
