What your camp listing shows
- Your dates and times
- The venue and postcode, with a map when the venue can be placed on one
- Each age group you take, whether it is boys, girls or mixed, and the spaces left
- Your price, per player or per team, or free
- A short summary and your own description
- What is included, such as facilities and the surface
- Your safeguarding information and refund policy, if you add them
- A picture of the venue or the kit. It must not show an identifiable child.
- A link to your own booking page, if you have one
Parents send you a message from the page. You get an email to say it has arrived, and the message and the parent’s email address are in your dashboard. Your own email address is not shown on the page while the camp is live.
Where parents find it
- In the events search, under the holiday camp type, searched by postcode.
- On the coaches page, where “Coached sessions and camps near you” shows the soonest camps near the parent’s postcode.
- On your own coach or club page, if you list as a coach or a club, which shows your soonest camps.
Your camp drops out of search after its last day. Its page stays up, marked as finished.
Before it goes live
Your camp starts as a draft. When you submit it, a new organiser’s first listing is reviewed before it goes live. Once you are verified, routine later listings and edits publish straight away. A listing that has been rejected before goes back through review.
What a listing is not
A FindMeFootball listing is not a check, an approval or a recommendation. The review before a first listing goes live checks the organiser and listing details, not the camp’s safeguarding, staff or safety. Everything on a listing is the provider’s own statement.
Parents are told to ask a camp whether it is registered, with whom, and for what, in our guide to choosing a holiday football camp.
Common questions
Is it free?
Yes. There is no card, no subscription and no commission on what you charge.
Do you check camps?
No. We do not assess camps, staff or venues. Everything on a listing is the provider’s own statement.
Will parents see my email address?
Not while your camp is live. Parents send a message from the page. You get an email to say it has arrived, and the message and their email address are in your dashboard.
What happens when the camp is over?
It drops out of search after its last day. Its page stays up, marked as finished.
