Filey Cup 2027 — Mid May Weekend

A two-day cup on the Yorkshire coast over a non-bank-holiday weekend. The 7-a-side age groups play at Bridlington RUFC's Dukes Park, Queens Gate, Bridlington; the U7s and the 9-a-side groups at Heslerton Sports Club, Sand Lane, West Heslerton, twenty miles inland. Boys' teams from U8 to U13, a mixed U7 group, and girls' teams at U10 and U11. On 9 September 2026 the organiser's page showed every boys' group sold out and places left only in the two girls' groups. Entry is £120 per team on booking, plus £16 per player payable in October. Every team plays two half days, a separate tournament each day, with promotion and relegation on the Saturday night. Teams must be registered with a county or schools FA and get permission from their own FA to enter. Accommodation is not included and is the team's own choice: UK Football Tours suggests Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington or York. The organiser confirms the exact ground allocation at least six weeks before the event.
