Lordswood Youth FC
Lordswood Youth FC is an FA accredited youth club at North Dane Way in Chatham, founded in 1968 as Lordswood Juniors and renamed in 2000. Its motto is "No Battle - No Victory", which it says embodies the strengths of the club's players: desire and heart alongside decision making and perseverance. It describes itself as more than just a football club and a cornerstone of the Lordswood area, having provided coaching for decades. On renaming it became the first club in Medway, and one of the first in the Kent leagues, to be granted Charter Standard Development Club status. It runs mixed sides from Under 7 to Under 15 including a girls' team, most age groups fielding two or three squads.
